Refund policy

At Petra D. Boutique our goal is 100% customer satisfaction. However, if you are unsatisfied with the product you receive, you have 7 days to return your item(s) in order to be granted an exchange or store credit. NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED.

All clearance and permanently marked down merchandise are considered FINAL SALE items.

If you choose to receive a store credit, you must create an account and your credit will be applied to your online account. If you would like to exchange your item, please contact us before doing so to ensure the item you desire is available.

Please send an email prior to sending the item to confirm the return. Once the item is received, you will be notified and process the return.
